CEO/PRESIDENT/CFO

They make sure that everyone is working to their full potential with their own set of skills. For instance, their leadership guides the company to successes and accomplishing the goals we have established. To name a few, responsibilities that the CEO must face on a daily basis include major decisions that will affect the future of our company, managing the overall operations and resources of the company, and being the main source of communication between each department. The president creates an atmosphere of professionalism and as second in command, she is responsible for implementing our vision. The CFO is responsible for leading the accounting department and recognizing any financial risks as well as analyzing operational strategies to save and make as much profit as our business is capable of.

SALES DEPARTMENT

Josue Vides, Angie Garcia, Kenny Nolasco, and Nancy Bautista.

The Sales Department is in charge of delivering the product to the public. This requires for the sales department to look for potential customers, and it requires them to make negotiations. Using a multitude of persuasive skills, they work to accommodate their customers with affordable prices for a successful purchase. Besides creating a product, they must also select the prices and strategies to be able to sell it. Therefore, this department must collaborate with the Marketing department to make sales.

ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT

April Lopez, Kimberly Manzo, Jennifer Cruz, and Adrian Alamo

The Accounting and Finances department administers the company’s currency. They ensure that the company’s employees are paid accordingly. The department documents transactions and records information on how the company’s capital is being spent. They create monthly reports and provide financial information through research. And must also create the company’s budget and see to it that expenses do not go overboard.

MARKETING DEPARTMENT

Erick Hernandez, Alicia Oxlaj, and Jacqueline Lopez

​Marketing specializes in advertising the product proposed by the whole company. They research ways to let consumers become aware of our product whether it be by using city bulletin boards, social media, etc. Employees within the marketing department are also tasked with establishing fundraisers to increase company funds.

ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

Jessica Girarte, Catalina Garcia, and Karina Velazquez

 

The Administration Department administers BT Enterprises by assigning roles to employees and see to their completion. Such tasks may include contributing to the Business Plan, assisting other departments, and revising company procedures with projects and functions of the business plan. They set the daily tasks that must be met by financial roles, billing, recordkeeping, and basic logistics of the business

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Graphic Designers transfer the visual perspective of our business into computer software creating a visual for customers. With the information provided, employees from this department must contribute in enhancing the company’s visual image and any form of marketing, such as brochures, catalogs, posters, and business cards. It is their duty to create and design the template for the annual report.

HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT

Maria Martinez and Laura Guevara

Human Resources establishes the company's employee manual including its policies, and thereof see to it that all employees of BT Enterprises abide to such policies and procedures. Human Resources also manages the daily quota of the company. If any conflict arises, they need to be able to settle disputes. They also keep record of attendance, follow an employee manual, and award those who exceed at their position. They outline responsibilities that can be met by the entire business.

COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT

Stephanie Martinez and Desteny Martinez

​The Communications department is in charge of writing memos to VEI employees to keep them informed of what goes on in the company. Recording events and implementing them on the company’s monthly calendar is this department’s specialty. Communications is in charge of revising and editing VEI documents, ensuring that the content is appropriate and concise. Their goal is to have all VEI letters delivered in a professional manner, thus gaining more training to prepare themselves for the business plan competition.

WEB DESIGN

Karen Aguilar and Darvin Castro

 

 The Web Designer department creates the VEI website and makes BT Enterprises known. They work with VP’s to make sure that the website is up to date. With the website, they display company events and announcements. This department requires computer skills as well as an understanding of graphic design. Their goal is to create an attractive web page for our company viewers.

MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTIONS

Film Producers create material for the multimedia platform that will be displayed at trade shows. They capture the work of our company’s employees and produce professional pictures of our sales items

Rather than selling a product that they can keep, we want to provide our audience with a memorable experience that they will never lose.
