Q: Will you consider the tours in other languages other than English? 

A: Although a start up company, we will have tour guides who are comfortable to speak in Spanish. This will allow more clients to enjoy and learn more about the tour destinations.

 

Q: What should we take on the tour? 

A: We recommend that you take bottled water, sunscreen, hats, comfortable shoes, and a small bag to carry other essentials. Having said that, we do not discourage any of our customers from bringing more items because they may leave all their equipment on the bus while they are out exploring.

 

Q: Is your website safe when purchasing & what are your payment options?

A: As a mainly virtual business, we strive to provide our customers with the safest online purchasing service. We constantly update our services with the latest software, to give our customers a piece of mind. When regarding payment options, you can always purchase tickets at our office with cash or a credit card. However, if it is not so convenient, you may book online at our website with only a credit/debit card. 

 

Q: What are the returns & refunds policies?

A: For all of our tours, we always advise our customer to call and cancel their reservation 48 hours ahead of time, so that we may proceed on with the cancellation and refund, effectively. In spite of that, remember that we could always reschedule your trip, as long as you call us before 7:00 pm, the day before your set out reservation date.
